Kyla Gilbert

Kyla Gilbert is an interdisciplinary artist currently based out of Montreal. She has a background in environmental and wildlife management and received a BFA in performance from Concordia University in 2017. Since completing her BFA, she has toured intermittently as a puppeteer with Nufonia Must Fall, a multimedia show created by Kid Koala. The show utilizes object performance, video and music. As a performer in the show, she creates live images which are edited and projected to an audience as they are being made.
